Respecting and protecting the privacy of our customers’ personal non-public information is essential to our business. Keeping this information secure is a top priority. We are disclosing our policies to you to help you better understand how we handle the personal information about you that we collect and how we use that information.

Your transaction with us, our affiliates, or others. This information may include your account balances, payment history, and account usage;
Consumer reporting agencies. This information may include account information, information about your credit history, and creditworthiness; and
Public sources. This information may include real estate records, employment records, telephone, etc.
Information We Share
As required or permitted by law, we may provide CUSTOMER INFORMATION about you to third-parties without your consent, such as:
To law enforcement and regulatory authorities;
To protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud, unauthorized transactions, claims, or other liability;
To report account activity to credit bureaus*;
To consumer reporting agencies*;
To respond to a subpoena or court order, judicial process, or regulatory authorities; and
In connection with a proposed or actual sale, merger, or transfer of all or a portion of a business, operating unit, etc.
In addition, we may provide CUSTOMER INFORMATION to our service providers in order to assist us in processing your applications or servicing your accounts. Our service providers may include, but are not limited to, the following: billing service providers, software vendors, mail and telephone service companies.
Further, we may also provide CUSTOMER INFORMATION about you to our service providers to help us perform marketing services. This CUSTOMER INFORMATION provided to these service providers may include the categories of CUSTOMER INFORMATION described above under Section III, limited to only that information which we deem appropriate for these service providers to carry out their functions for which we have retained them.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE CUSTOMER INFORMATION ABOUT YOU TO ANY COMPANY OR INDIVIDUAL WHOSE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE BEING MARKETED TO YOU.
We may also share CUSTOMER INFORMATION about you within our corporation. We may share all of the categories of CUSTOMER INFORMATION we gather about you, including application information, credit reports, identification information, your account transactions and experiences with us, and information from other third parties.
By sharing this CUSTOMER INFORMATION we can better understand and respond to your financial needs. We can then send you notifications of new products and special offers that you may not otherwise know about.
